Question regarding oil and the price today

With the price of oil starting to increase what sectors (other than oil) will benefit?

Since it is a given everything will be effected by higher energy cost thus margins will be hit...unless of course the company has pricing power and able to sign contracts with favorable pricing.., but anyway..

What sectors can be looked at as opportunities with high oil?

It is a given that oil will always be on the rise with the glory days of cheap oil long gone.

Thinking maybe Healthcare sector but I dont know.

didn't i hear this when it was at $141 right before the drop into the $30 range?

if you think drilling will accelerate and want an alternative play on the move then i think companies that specialize in oil spill cleanup (if they even exist) could turn into good plays....with more drills in the ground the greater likelyhood for a misstep......maybe look into the companies that are building the temporary housing being used for oil workers in the dakotas....could see more of that springing up

Look at WPRT. They make engines that run on Natural Gas. They have Deals with Cummins, and Just Signed a Deal with Navistar to make some Engines for there Tractor Trailers. Alot of people think that in 5 years most tractor trailers will be running on Natural Gas. Just an FYI The stock has already had a huge run to 43. And to my knowledge has never made a dime.

Look at NG stocks like DVN and EOG, alternative energy stocks and railroad stocks.

If you want to speculate, look at companies that mine lithium, or a company like TSLA.

Stock pays a dividend, trades 13x earnings

quarterly and annual total revenue are improving.

since i am just start learning stock market handicapping, what is the benefit of owning a trust? I dont know. Is this trust basically making money from leases on lands they have control of?
